General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between DORē Paris (hereinafter "the Seller") and any individual or legal entity making a purchase on the website doreparis.com (hereinafter "the Customer"). Any purchase implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTCS.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are jewelry, leather goods, and fashion accessories. The photographs and descriptions of the products are as accurate as possible but do not constitute a contractual commitment. DORē Paris reserves the right to modify its catalog at any time.

3. Price

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery charges. DORē Paris reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the rate in force at the time of order validation.

4. Orders

The Customer places an order online via the doreparis.com website. The order is definitively validated after payment confirmation. DORē Paris reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order, suspicion of fraud, or product unavailability.

A confirmation email is sent to the Customer upon order validation.

5. Payment

Payment is made online, at the time of order, by the following means:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• PayPal
• Shop Pay
• Bank transfer (upon request)

Transactions are secured. DORē Paris does not store any banking data.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped to mainland France and internationally. Delivery times are indicative and run from the confirmation of payment:

• Mainland France: 2 to 5 working days
• Europe: 3 to 7 working days
• International: 5 to 15 working days

Delivery charges are indicated at checkout. DORē Paris cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to events of force majeure.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons.

To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision by e-mail to contact@doreparis.com before the deadline expires. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, with their original packaging.

Exception: Personalized or custom-made items cannot be subject to a right of withdrawal.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns must be made within 14 days following notification of withdrawal. Return costs are borne by the Customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Refunds are made within 14 days of receipt of the return, using the same payment method as used during the purchase.

9. Guarantees

All DORē Paris products benefit from:

• The legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code): 2 years from delivery.
• The guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

In the event of a detected defect, the Customer can contact customer service at contact@doreparis.com.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the doreparis.com website (texts, images, logos, visuals) is the exclusive property of DORē Paris and is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

11. Protection of personal data

DORē Paris collects and processes Customers' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, please consult our Privacy Policy.

12. Liability

DORē Paris cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the site or the products. The liability of DORē Paris is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

13. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These GTCS are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts of Paris will have sole jurisdiction.
